Due to the real estate crisis and the economic downturn our country has faced in the past couple of years, I have educated myself to become Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
My motivation is to help distressed homeowners in weighing their options and to provide assistance by guiding them through their struggle. As a result of my training and advanced Negotiation skills with the Banks and Lien holders, I have been successful in helping distressed homeowners in making the right choices for their families, for their finances, and for their well being. I cannot describe in writing the relief my clients experience once they reach their carefully deliberated decision to overcome the distress and move forward in their lives. After all, living a peaceful and fulfilling life is a vital component of ultimate success. The gratitude I receive is my true reward.
