 Due to the real estate crisis and the economic downturn our country has faced in the past couple of years, I have educated myself to become a loss mitigation consultant. My motivation is to help distressed homeowners in weighing their options and to provide assistance by guiding them through their struggle. As a result of my training and advanced real estate capabilities, I have been successful in helping several distressed homeowners in making the right choices for their families, for their finances, and for their well being. I cannot describe in writing the relief my clients experience once they reach their carefully deliberated decision to overcome the distress and move forward in their lives.  As a woman myself in the interest of empowering other women, I have founded the KISS Organization; a nonprofit that supports entrepreneurial women in their journey to start and grow their own businesses in means to fulfill their dreams, strengthen their independence, and to help support their families. As a mom who constantly struggles to keep a good balance between work and home, I understand the value of teamwork, guidance, and sharing knowledge. I believe that this is the most effective way to achieve and increase productivity and efficiency. Women by nature multitask; they care for their kids, their spouse, and manage the household, as well as their family’s activities. I know that if these hard working, smart, innovative women will have the right support and professional assistance, they can achieve a significant change in their lives.
